I notice the shade of tape used to cover a cable.
The pause a speaker takes before they walk onstage.
The font size on the session signage that makes it easier to scan from across the hall.
The way a team routes foot traffic to give the illusion of calm.
The fact that your sponsor doesn’t feel included — but is too polite to say so.
Sometimes I wonder if it’s inconvenient to be this kind of person.
To notice things others don’t.
To care about the details people think "just happen."
To see the moments between the moments — and want them to mean something.
But then I remember:
That’s what makes me good at what I do.
Because here’s the truth:
You might know your value.
But does your audience?
Do your clients?
Your partners?
Your team?
Do they understand why you do what you do?
Do they feel the intention behind your decisions — or are they just reading bullet points?
At Bronwen Consulting, I specialize in helping technical and product-driven teams translate what they know into experiences people actually remember.
We don’t just tell stories.
We show:
How things are used
How systems fit together
How solutions create real-world impact
Over the last 10+ years, I’ve helped more than 1,000 companies bring those stories to life —
through live activations, clinical use cases, and cross-partner experiences.
But the real skill isn’t just in content or messaging.
It’s in experience design:
Understanding the story behind the solution —
and designing the environment that helps people feel it.
That’s the work.
That’s the magic.
And yeah...
It starts with noticing.
