Vulcan Leadership Testimonials – HIMSS25 Video Production

At HIMSS25, we partnered with Vulcan to capture authentic, high-impact leadership testimonials that could be used for social, internal communications, and future event marketing.

Scope of Work:

• Onsite Filming: We recorded interviews with Vulcan leadership directly on the show floor, using mic’d audio for crisp sound despite the event environment.

• Background Replacement & Editing: After the event, we applied light editing to replace backgrounds and deliver polished videos in both mobile and desktop-friendly formats.

• Deliverables: We provided multiple finalized versions and the original raw footage, giving Vulcan flexibility for reuse across platforms.

This quick-turn project gave Vulcan high-value, brand-aligned content with minimal lift—capturing real voices in the moment and turning them into assets that last well beyond the event.
