What were the clearest indicators that someone was actively interested?
I weighted each contact based on signal strength and recency —
giving the sales team not just a list, but a priority map.
The results?
We created a super-targeted, action-ready list — in days, not weeks.
The sales team hit significantly higher meeting rates than with any previous method.
Marketing had clear audience profiles to design better battle cards.
The system could be expanded and updated easily — with over 20 data points, not just 2-3.
And the best part?
It wasn’t based on magic or secret data.
It was all public, team-owned, easy-to-access information — used smarter and faster.
